The faulty part should be sent for evaluation and after that PBTE EU provides a replacement.

Parts replacement warranty includes replacement of all faulty parts within a period of 2 years.
PBT EU is providing in advance within 24 hours the spare parts after our Technical Support Team approval with clear instructions for replacement and online help if necessary.

Advanced server replacement warranty includes server replacement within a period of 2 years.
PBT EU is providing in advance a spare server within 72 hours the latest and after our Technical Support Team approval, with replicated settings of the original server delivered.
An optional change to a lower warranty level with decreasing the price for the warranty of the new server.
Advanced parts replacement warranty includes replacement all faulty parts within a period of 3 years.
PBT EU is providing in advance the spare parts within 24 hours after our Technical Support Team approval and clear instructions for replacement, and online help if necessary.
